Real Care, Inc. is a residential agency providing 24-hour care for adults with developmental / intellectual disabilities. We work diligently to provide quality services in an environment that is suited to the preferences and support needs of each individual.
Caring, Committed, Honest & Responsible
We are currently seeking caring, committed, honest, and responsible Host Home/Respite Providers to provide care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in your home. These individuals may have challenging behaviors and/or medical needs.
Independent Contractors
All Host Home Providers are independent contractors. We serve individuals throughout Colorado. Training is provided by the agency!
Supervision & Direct Support
Host Home/Respite Providers provide supervision and direct support with activities of daily living.
Qualifications for Host Home Providers
Experience and Skills
While experience with developmental disabilities is preferred, it is not mandatory. We value professionalism, patience, and effective communication skills.
Professionalism and Patience
Our providers should demonstrate a high level of professionalism and patience, ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment for individuals in their care.
Communication
Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Valid Driver's License & Motor Vehicle Record
A valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record are required.
